No. We keep preorders and regular orders completely separate from each other to avoid any confusion. If you want to reserve preorder items, you'll need to create a separate order on the preorder site.
We process orders quickly and can only update or cancel orders before they have shipped. If you would like to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you. No promises though!
Shipping and Returns

We generally take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill all orders. Depending on your shipping address, orders typically deliver 5-7 business days after being processed. After placing an order with us, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email after your order has been processed. Both emails include tracking information you can use to view the status and location of your order.
